General conditions

Registration policy

• Early-bird registrations are accepted up until April 22, 2022.
• Every paper in the main conference (either full or forum) must have at least one paid full or main conference regular registration before March 31, 2022. (*)
• Every paper in the doctoral consortium must have a paid full or main conference student registration before March 31, 2022.
• Every journal first paper must have a paid full or main conference regular registration before April 7, 2022.
• Every research project paper must have a paid full or main conference regular registration before April 22, 2022.
  
• Every paper in a workshop must have at least one paid regular registration before April 22, 2022. (*)
• (*) A full registration covers one paper in the main conference and one workshop paper. Additional papers must be covered by a separate regular registration of any kind.
• If you register as student, you must send a scanned copy of a valid student document (Enrollment document, Valid student card, etc) at most one week after the registration to: rcis22@event.upc.edu

Cancellation and refund policy

• If you have to cancel the registration before April 22, 2022, providing that you are not the author registered for a paper, you will receive 70% of the registration fee back. Cancellations are not possible after that date. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until a week before the conference. In this case, please contact the local organizer as soon as possible at: rcis22@event.upc.edu
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• Payments will be refunded in the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client.
